Deleting a person from IMDb

I had credited a person accidentilly that had been cut out of my movie because she didn't not want any public visability. She is no longer in the movie. I removed her from the movies credits here. But her name is still on IMDb (just with no credits) She is not an actor, has no existing or future credits and does not want her name on the platform. I know that IMDb doesn't typically remove names once they have been added, but I hoping that there is some way to contact and ask and possibly get an exception for this. It would help to save me a huge legal headache.

Apple TV must've got the credit from IMDb. It's not anywhere else.

The person has been removed from the finished film.
They are not credited in the film.
They are not included in the official metadata supplied by you through Filmhub.
The Apple TV listing is not metadata supplied by you, and therefore shouldn't be treated as evidence that they appear in the released film.
If Apple TV is showing the name, it's an incorrect third-party metadata listing that you are also seeking to correct.

amd hasn’t updated everywhere.

this woman does not want this credit and is suing because of it.
