deleting my alternative name

My previous/dead name currently appears on my IMDb page as my alternative name, and on three of my acting credits, as attributes. I do not wish this name to be visible to on my page as no longer identify with this name and I have changed it. I have attempted to change the single cast credits, even providing screenshots, but the changes keep getting declined. How can I resolve this problem? Thank you for your help

If you were not actually credited under the former name it would be best to get those credits corrected. Please post the reference numbers of your attempted edits here so IMDb staff might look into them.

Hi Fran, I attempted to make this change twice, so this is the first attempt: #250817-121514-071000 and this is the second: #250825-101830-430000 only the second attempt contained a screenshot with credits evidence but the submission was declined as identical to the previous one. Thanks for help
