Difficulty adding episodes with duplicate titles

I've been having increasing difficulty adding episodes that have identical titles to a series; I realize that this can be problematic, especially when episode numbers are absent, but hoped that the fact that they are always separated by more than one year, with definite episode dates, would be sufficient (duplicate titles for episodes with numbers weren't a problem at all, but I'm only certain of the complete episode lists for the last six seasons, so I've had to often forgo numbers prior to that). The seasons are clearly defined, and episodes are never rerun after the initial airdate.

For a while, the resubmissions were going through, after I included explanations of how the episodes differed - usually a different host, sometimes a different set - so apparently adding episodes with identical titles was possible:
