Do multiple entries on a single ticket (submission) - e.g. keywords does this count as one or does each individual entry count as separate?

This doesn't track with what Col said years ago regarding items counted for end-of-year Top Contributor statistics, which I imagine is what matrix is interested in. Perhaps you are not referring to the same thing.

Maybe this question could be answered in a FAQ in connection with the Leaderboard feature, which refers to "items" without defining what that is.
