DOB and place of birth submission is not being accepted.

Trying to add the DOB and Place of birth of June Schreiner https://www.imdb.com/name/nm7621475 .  Her birthdate is listed on the California Birth Index at https://californiabirthindex.org/birth/joanna_june_schreiner_born_1994_23283427 but when I submitted her, it was refused.  It's not blocked from updating.

The reference number to the submission that was declined is 260915-205509-852000

I've used this source several times to update the DOB and Place of Birth of people on the IMDB.  I was just wondering why it was refused this time.
