Does not meet contribution guidelines (#240717-082025-481000 and #240717-092658-351000)

I tried to add crew and actors/actresses to a show. Every single entry was declined with message "Does not meet contribution guidelines". There is nothing special about these entries: Personal names, character names and crew members with specific roles. I tried submitting for another show few weeks back, but the same thing is happening - same feedback. I dont understand why it was declined. Is my account being flagged for contribution?
