Duplicate and triplicate images in Sustali Ceylan (2025) Episode 1

For an unknown reason to me, the system duplicates and now triplicates certain Still Frames I am uploading in this Title. This has been happening Saturday, Sunday and now Monday (2.02 am here). Can someone look into this? It further seems that the deletion submisions of such duplicates are not being processed. Thank you in advance. Edit: (4 images left to be sort out). The triplicate images issue started today, Monday, when uploading in the same submission an image to this Title Episode and its Main Title. When submitted separately, first to the Episode, certain images are uploaded twice.
