Duplicate images

I've noticed that a number of series and film pages have multiple duplicate images, like The Fly (1986). There's an option to report images for deletions as duplicates, which I tried doing, but they all got denied. Is this another processing error? Contribution numbers are: #260701-090512-052519, #260701-090602-371019, #260701-090702-402219, #260701-090836-535719, and #260701-090953-336519.

I believe there's been another processing error, this image is a major spoiler as it shows the scene of the death of a major character. There were a few other images of this scene that I requested to be deleted which were approved, but this one got denied.

Hi Zafeesh-

Thank you for posting the references!

As per the duplicated images, there are unique exceptions made, as is the case for the images you reported for The Fly (1986), where the image is from a partnered-source and the display is reliant for specified features on the site. As such, these specific duplicate images will need to remain on the site.

For this other image contribution, 260701-023533-919419, it has been corrected. The changes will be live shortly.

Cheers!
