Duplicate IMDb accounts

Question

I created 2 IMDb accounts in error. I actively use one account and would like to delete the other account, but I'm unable to access it. I've tried using my different email addresses and passwords, but can't access the account that I want to get rid of. The accounts are labeled with my name and (I) and (II). The good account is labeled as (II), but I would like it to show as (1). Any suggestions on how I can access and delete the bad account and change up good account to end with (I) instead of (II)?
