Hi, how are you? Someone added an episode that doesn't exist to a TV series. How can we delete it?

In order for our staff to take a look, can you post the IMDb link to the episode title page you are referring to? Additionally, do you have any evidence to help verify that it doesn't exist (e.g. link to episode listings on network site, etc.)?
