Episode title changed to the wrong one

I had already submitted the correct episode title and it had been accepted, but someone changed the title to the wrong name.

However, someone managed to change the title to the incorrect one without providing any evidence (because there is no evidence for the incorrect title). I submitted a new change for approval (with evidence).
