Episode title declined even with proof

I have tried submitting an episode title for Hudson % Rex #7.8

#250215-165038-602000

At first I tried creating the entry and it was declined.

I tried a few different tries with an url showing the title and eventually the episode was created without the title.

I tried again attaching the listing description which showed the title and again it was declines as not being able to verify.

The last attempt stated that;_

Title Primary Text Addition declined and didn't give a reason.

Title Text Addition declined as a duplicate.

What else can I do?

The episode is already live on the site, the submission was rejected as a duplicate.

I understand the decline part but I wanted to know how to add the episode title of "Once Bitten, Twice Shunned" to the listing alongside the episode number #7.8.

I thought the duplicate edit was declined because it was pending but after several days the title still hasn't been added, I have re-submitted the title name today to see if anything happens.

I have submitted title names in the past but I've not had this much trouble getting them approved.
