Episode title when there is an "Episode One" caption in the opening titles
I noticed that the series "Sister Dora" (1977) tt5272538 had episode titles in IMDB of "Part 1", "Part 2" and "Part 3". In fact the titles "Episode One", "Episode Two" and "Episode Three" were displayed in the opening titles of each episode.
So I changed the episode titles in IMDB, with screenshots to prove it: 241201-093439-681000, 241201-093624-267000 and 241201-093809-167000. The explanation field was (for example)
https://i.postimg.cc/h4Mg9M4k/sd3.png The first of my submissions contains a mistake which I was about to rectify: I'd wrongly transcribed it as "Episode 1" rather than "Episode One".
These have been rejected as "Your contribution has been declined. The item you have submitted is exactly the same as a submission that you or another user have already entered, which is still pending review by our staff." The episode title fields are currently blank.
I know from past experience that the "another user has already entered" is often not true, and that even after waiting for another person's submission to be processed, nothing happens. The fact that the existing "Part 1" has been replaced by blank rather than "Episode One" that some else has submitted tends to prove my point.
So there are two issues:
- What is IMDB's policy on episode titles of "Episode One" when there is evidence that this title was displayed on-screen?
- If my submission has been rejected, the wrong message is being displayed: it has not been declined because it duplicates someone else's submission; it has been rejected for a policy reason.
Can an admin investigate and advise what the policy is in this situation.

Hi martin_695862-
Thank your for posting the submission reference numbers! After further reviewing them and the supporting evidence you provided, these submissions were fine to be approved.
I have resubmitted them on your behalf (made the minor correction on "Episode One") and they have all been approved. The changes will be live on the site shortly.
Correct, as per our policies if that is how the episode(s) are titled on-screen, their title name will be respectively as such.
I have escalated this issue to the appropriate team for visibility as this was a processing error.
