We experienced an error while checking your updates, this may be due to the size of your submission or an issue with our systems.

I keep getting this message when i try to update my awards page. I've contacted customer service twice but they never acknowledge that I can't get past this stage and keep saying try again. This has been going on for months.

@Ozzy hi, i've communicated with imdb help who have said they will refer to the tech team but I still haven't had any contact from them or suggestions for further action. thanks

Thank you for your response. In order to look into this for you, pleae could you provide us with the 18-digit submission reference for the update you're trying to make from your Contribution History.

I can then pass this onto the tech team to expedite a resolution for the issue you're experiencing.
