Established title (on this site) I just provided corrections for, after submitting, has disappeared: "404 Error".

Hello, the title I provided a submission for with some corrections and some new additions, after having the "Title Text Edit" submission declined, (which it shouldn't have been), then and only then, vanished entirely off the site, so it would seem. Other submissions within the same submission tab were accepted previous in this process. #260511-003810-926000

It was called "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith (2005) (V)" (It is an audiobook version, based off the similar/same named 'Movie'). It had, before vanishing, 80 or so star ratings already, so that you understand this was an established title on IMDb, not a recent addition. Now, for me, in the sent submission page it reads, instead of its previous what would have been title: "tt29538532" and its profile picture which I had also updated and had been accepted with a more HD one, is now blank... On the title page itself, which I had kept open it now reads: "The requested URL was not found on our server. Go to the homepage. 404 Error.
