Executive Producer Credit Denial Issue

My colleague and I are executive producers on a series that just premiered but our credits keep getting rejected, not sure what I'm doing wrong but would love some guidance. thank you!

Thank you for posting the reference! After reviewing, this was rejected because as per our guidelines, episodic credits must be added to the respective episodes the person appears on/has worked on and not the series parent page.
