Factual Error GOOFS on cartoons

Looking for opinions or guidance.

I've been watching a lot of Looney Tunes lately, and I've noticed a disconcerting number of "Factual Error" GOOFs for them.  Examples (paraphrased):

The below is from "Beep Prepared"

 - the magnet Wile E. Coyote is wearing while on roller skates to catch the roadrunner who has eaten ball-bearing bird seed, would stick to the rail road tracks instead of continuing to follow the roadrunner.

The below are from "Haredevil Hare"

 - Bugs Bunny is in a space ship and opens the escape hatch; he would be sucked out of the rocket due to the vacuum of space and die.

 - In the space ship, Bugs and his carrots would be floating around as there is no gravity in space.

 - Bugs Bunny would bounce as he walked on the moon because his weight would be only 1/6 as much due to lower gravity on the moon.

The below is from "Buccaneer Bunny"

 - Yosemite Sam fires 3 shots in a row from a one-shot pistol

That's just a few of the (IMO ridiculous) entries I've seen. I usually edit them to be "Incorrectly regarded as goof" with an explanation that it's cartoon physics. However, due to the shear number of these "factual cartoon errors", I'd like to just flag them for deletion as I don't think anyone who watches cartoons, other than the person who submitted these, would seriously consider items like the above to be Goofs.

There's no guidance that I'm aware of in the IMDb Style Guide regarding this. Would deletion be acceptable (on the basis of "IT'S A CARTOON! IT'S NOT REAL.) or should they simply be flagged as "Incorrectly regarded as Goof"? Or maybe the bigger question is "Can there ever be a FACTUAL MISTAKE Goof in a cartoon?

Thanks for any feedback.

Please enlighten me: out where? What should I do in order to live my life so that it would make you happy? Keep on trolling if that's what makes you happy.

The "Incorrectly regarded as goofs" category is meant for popular misconceptions about a work, it's not supposed to be a correction tool for all existing goofs. The examples you are given violate the artistic license exemptions and the directive that a goof must be relevant and interesting as outlined on the FAQ page: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/goofs/GFDUF27RBTQGS8UZ#, so it's better to submit them for deletion on these grounds.

@Zutroy Thanks for pointing out the "relevant and interesting" part for Goofs. I've been reluctant to "delete" (except for duplicate items) because of the statement in the Trivia guidance, "If you think a trivia item is 'irrelevant' or 'not interesting', rather than submit a delete request, please vote the item down."

You wrote that any feedback would be welcome. Am I trolling if I think that your whole message is inane? I would not wish to hurt your feelings, but ... seriously? This is what occupies your time?

@john_daniel_g6tys6ty84elu The OP is pointing out things (s)he feels might be wrong in a database, probably in order to up the quality of said database. I fail to see how that could be considered a waste of time, but that's just me and my time of course :)

@john_daniel_g6tys6ty84elu What occupies your time seems to be quite similar to what occupies some of my time.

critterc: I agree with your overall point that the goofs you are describing should not have been accepted originally because those cartoons were not supposed to have realistic physics.

That said, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a "Factual Mistake" goof in a cartoon. In fact, I've submitted a few myself. I would, however, support deleting the ones you mentioned.
