Fake names added to our film page

Hello, how do I solve the issue of removing fake names from our film's page; including an actor who has attached himself to the project? I have provided screenshots of the film's scene where the actor appears (you can see he's completely different) and also credit shots, but every time the submissions are rejected from IMDb. Thanks!!
