Fake prehistoric documentaries

So the person who made these "woolly giraffe" edits apparently added a bundle of fake titles onto pre-existing documentaries and BBC shows. I do not know if the person who contributed these fake titles can be traced or if they can be banned, but this is really getting out of hand. Several even had fake credits attached to them; there was one nonexistent show where the majority of its credits were nonexistent people. I apologize for how lengthy this post will be, but it really is 'that' bad. Also for clarification: the "woolly giraffe" is not a real animal either.
