False and hateful information

Regarding contribution #260326-195609-303000 to correct "Hazem Fouda"'s profile. It was declined due to not meeting contribution guidelines.The existing biography written on the page right now contains false, hateful and harassment information. How did this get passed your guidelines in the first place?Kindly remove the existing biography and correct it with the contributed version. And if the corrected version does not meet your policy, kindly remove it and leave it empty.
