Film credit rejected twice

Hello 👋 

I've been uncredited in a number of films but now have been a credited actor with a speaking role in Gandhi the series coming out next year, this film;

I've tried to edit the cast to include my credit but it keeps getting rejected despite me sending in the cast list for the days recording, and my payment emails from the production company.

The most recent ticket was this one;

The reply states that this does not meet the criteria for an IMDB credit - which makes no sense, I'm clearly noted as a main cast member on that day, and got paid for the work, am I missing something?
