Film submission keeps being declined

The following title, is in pre-production, but it is stating it got released in Rotterdam earlier this year - https://pro.imdb.com/title/tt39051306/?ref_=hm_track_pu_tt_1 

When correcting this, I submitted evidence via this article that Rotterdam was simply a pre-production market for the film, and clearly states the film has not yet been made. Please can you help with updating to the film to unreleased and in pre-prod. Thank you!
