Film Title Doesn't Show Up in Festival's Title Search Bar

Our film "Travelers" recently won an award at a smaller festival. The festival has an awards page and our film has an IMDb page, but when I go in to add the award to the festival and start typing the title, our film doesn't show up in the list. This is both in the drop down that appears and also in the more extensive list when you click "results not shown". The only option I have is to add the title as a new film on IMDb, but the page already exists with our cast and crew credited.
