Fixing Screen Credit for Cast & Crew

My name is Stephen Na and I'm trying to fix my screen credit for Futurama Season 13 as a color key artist. It is credited to an existing person named Stephen Choi but that is not me. Choi is my middle name. I did not work on Ben 10: Ultimate Alien in 2010 as a character designer. How can I make this fix? I've already put in edit requests for all 10 episodes of Futurama Season 13, but not sure what will happen with Stephen Choi's credit error in Futurama Season 13. Any advice would be great. Hello worldalchemy I can see that the submissions were rejected since there was no enough evidence to make sure the corrections were good. In this case, how does the name show in the official on screen end credits? We list credits exactly as they show in the original on screen end credits. You will need to re submit the contributions with an screen grab and the explanation for us to take a look for you.

Hi, production made a typo in the screen credit as "Stephan" Choi Na, instead of Stephen Choi Na. That's just how it appears. Season 14 will be corrected. I have resubmitted with a paystub as evidence instead because the screen grab will be too confusing. My last name is not Choi, it is Na. Na is at the end of the name, therefore the credit should not be Stephen Choi.

We list credits as they show onscreen if it was listed as "Stephan Choi Na", we will keep it as it is. What yo can change is the name in the page. Yes, I can see that the submission was rejected. In this case, the credit has to be kept as it shows in the on screen credits. You can still correct the name in the Page.
