Genre list manager: Inconsistencies continue Why?
There have been many versions of Treasure Island. Many already have Drama as a genre. And Drama was just accepted yesterday for four versions. But, for sometime and after resubmissions and re-resubmissions, Drama has NOT been accepted for the three following versions. Why? (It seems like resubmissions are either ignored or just “slid over” to previous incorrect processing rather than given serious reconsideration.)

I have resubmitted these missing genres on your behalf for our staff to take another review.
If you find this is happening with future submissions, I would always encourage to include some evidence to help confirm the genre, especially if the title is older and has had previously established genre listings.

On titles, older or newer, it is vey difficult to provide support other than reviews. There are many “parallel” titles that already have the genres that I am submitting -- often remakes or related versions of the same kind of material. I now have around 130 genre submissions that have not been accepted. Resubmissions are rarely accepted, even though accurate. I seem to only get responses when making posts like this one, limited to one or a few titles, from Fran (bess her heart!).
