Genre List Manager: Please Explain

Re: Randolph Scott Westerns Why is the Drama genre accepted for Rage at Dawn, Belle Starr and Sugarfoot, BUT NONE of the other? Hi bradley_kent - I reviewed several of these Genre submissions and titles, and can confirm that many of them should remain as 'Western' only. I also observed that the submissions didn't include additional information to support the genre addition. If you disagree, I encourage you to resubmit the 'Drama' genre with supporting evidence and an explanation to help show that "Drama" does and should accompany the 'Western' listing for that title.

These have been submitted, then deleted, then resubmitted, then denied. Back in 2023, I provided many explanations for these titles. Could you please just take ONE of the thee accepted titles, and compare it to ONE of the denied titles to provide some understanding of WHAT you are talking about? As I said before, many of Scott’s westerns are as much Drama as they are Western -- EVEN according to IMDb’s curious guidelines. Which have you decided should remain Western ONLY, and which have you accepted for Drama as a genre? I DO want to understand, or is it un-understandable?

Re:"Reviewed several” and “many of them should remain as Western only.” “Several” and “many” are NOT “all,” but “all” (except for the three originally cited) remain as “Western,” with no addition of “Drama.” (I went through "all.”). What are the “others” that DO NOT count in the “many” that SHOUD have Drama as a genre? Something is not accurate here.
