Genre List Manager(s) and the Powers That Be...

From 1963 to 1968, A.C. Lyles produced 13 low-budget Westerns for Paramount that brought back many old-time actors who had previously appeared in Westerns.  IMDb has allowed nine to have the Drama genre, but not four, for some unexplained reason(s).  Back in 2023, it was clearly established that Westerns could also have Drama and/or Comedy as genres. Why can’t the Genre List Manager(s) adhere to this policy? With some submitted on the very same day as other Lyles titles, some were accepted while others were denied.  Why?  What distinguishes these titles from other Lyles titles?

And, for good (bad) measure, here is a later Lyles-produced Western TV movie the was also denied the Drama genre:

I am wondering IF genre decisions are just hit-and-miss, just haphazard, just the whim-of-the-moment.

A response, please.
