Genre, release dates, title and plot outline corrections

I carefully searched on internet if the criminal genre can be associated with this movie and I found it nowhere, except on IMDb. I joined evidence in my contribution. But IMDb does not include comedy, whereas it is full of funny moments (I confirmed after having watched it).
