Goof corrections

In Miss Congeniality, a Goof correction (#250824-234940-877000) was declined based on the generic "Please review our submission guidelines. However, the correction was to the category of "Miscellaneous" which the guidelines say "This category is hardly ever used - if you can't shoehorn your goof into any of the above categories it's probably not a goof." Another correction was the format of the Time Stamp which included hours, minutes, and seconds. IMDb Guidelines for time stamps state: "Timestamping a trivia item where possible is encouraged, but the format must adhere to strict rules." AND "Please use the format (at around xx mins) or (at around xh xx mins)." Note the statements say "must adhere to strict rules". The rules state only hours and minutes are included in a time stamp.
