Goof deletion request declined

Hi, can you tell me why my request to delete incorrect information was rejected (twice)?What are the cotribution guidelines for this situation? I think I made a fairly clear description, but I can't upload this scene for obvious reasons.I wonder how this bad information even got verified and ended up on the website? but my deletion request must meet the contribution guideline...Below I've attached my second attempt with a bit of annoyance.
