Have Trouble submitting a Screenplay Award into IMDB

Hi, I have received a Screenplay Award. I am having trouble submitting it into IMDB. It keeps getting rejected, and the error I get is "Title is not in the Database." However, it shouldn't be, as it is just a Screenplay at the point. If I attempt to add the title into the Database, it assumes it is a film. But, it's not. It's just a Screenplay at this point. How can I register an Award for my Screenplay, and bypass these errors?

Hello bill_m_f2ejxxjzqejyn, According to the Awards Help page, you can still submit the award: No title associated? In the rare case there is no title associated then you can leave this empty, however make sure to include an explanation in the supplementary field at the bottom of the form (eg. For album xyz, For un-produced screenplay xyz, etc)" https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/other-submission-guides/awards/G5KGRJURZFQGHJQH?ref_=helpsrall#

No - that's not what's going on. I am attempting to submit a new Screenplay that I wrote and received an Award. When I try and enter into your system, it tells me the "Win/Nomination is not accepted, because the title is not in the Database." Well, of course it's not in the Database, because it is newly written. And at this point, it is just a Screenplay. So, how do I handle this error?

And if I try and enter my Screenplay as a new title, the webpage I am presented with does not have an option for Screenplay. So, what do I do?

In this case, we know there is not title, therefore, as mentioned in the guidelines, you have to leave the Title blank, and provide and explanation at the bottom: If there is no title associated then you can leave this empty, and make sure to include an explanation in the supplementary field at the bottom of the form with the link and evidence for your entry.

No, there is a Title. The Screenplay has a Title. Or do you mean that if you say there is a Title, then they assume it is an Actual Film?

@bill_m_f2ejxxjzqejyn- Hi, If I understand correctly, the title exists but the title page in itself is not yet listed on IMDb? Now if this is correct and the title page is not yet listed on IMDb, just as Fran and our guides mention, you can leave the title field blank. On the Supplementary info text box, however, please add a short description like for example: For un-produced or produced screenplay "xyz."
