Having great difficulty adding my costar credit for a show on a major streamer

I shot an episode of a show for Apple+ this past February. The episode is live on imdb pro, my manager suggested I get my credit on the episode since they are pitching me to theatrical agents. I added the credit the way I normally do but it was rejected multiple times. I researched what was going on and found out that imdb wants proof in the form of a screen shot of credit scroll, but since it hasn't aired they'd accept a call sheet which I uploaded and it still hasn't been added. Any suggestions? I've used imdb for over 20 years and have never had this kind of trouble.
