Having trouble deleting photos for the UK and US version of a TV show

A bit complicated. There is a show with a UK and a US version called: Getting On (US version https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2342652/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_8_nm_0_in_0_q_Getting%2520On%2520) Getting On (UK version https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1468773/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_2_tt_8_nm_0_in_0_q_Getting%2520on) Photos did appear on each version that should be on the other version. After a struggle I have got them all on the correct series but the "related titles" on a few of the photos is incorrect. I have tried several different ways to correct this and also delete duplicate photos but am always declined. Here they are: This photo has the correct UK main title linked to it but the episode title is for the US version, I want to delete the US link: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1468773/mediaviewer/rm1108354048/?ref_=ttmi_mi_9 BUT in addition to this issue, this photo is also a duplicate of this photo: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1468773/mediaviewer/rm999448320/?ref_=ttmi_mi_6 What ultimately needs to be done is the first photo, rm1108354048, needs to be deleted. Same scenario for these two: This is the keeper: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1468773/mediaviewer/rm3303885568/?ref_=ttmi_mi_3 This needs to be deleted: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1468773/mediaviewer/rm1427121152/?ref_=ttmi_mi_8 This photo needs to be deleted: rm1427121152 The next issue is with the US version.
