Charles: Go to your page at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0949373/ and click "Edit page".

On the next screen, scroll down to the Biographical Information section, and on the Biography line, select "Correct/Delete". Scroll down and click "Continue".

On the next screen, in the Action menu, select "Correct". Click "Check these updates".

On the next screen, your biography will be editable. But I have a few notes for you to take into account:

  • All biographies should be written in the third person. So please include the word "he" in most of these sentences: "After graduating high school he went to work for Honda Motors. ... From there, he was accepted as a film loader ...." Don't use "I" to refer to yourself.
  • This bio contains substantially the same information as the existing bio (your date of birth is left blank above, but I assume you're going to keep it in the actual bio). If you want to include more about your main career, I would encourage you to do so.
  • I recommend that you include links to the main films and television shows you mention. You would do this using the [link=tt...] format. For example, "Seinfeld" is at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098904/ which means that you would link to it by putting [link=tt0098904] in the bio. This is explained in more detail at https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/other-submission-guides/linking-names-and-titles-in-text-based-lists/G3SKJC2XJEHCMRS8#. "From 1991 to 1998, he was a camera operator for [link=tt0098904]" would display as: From 1991 to 1998, he was a camera operator for Seinfeld (1989)".

I hope this helps. Good luck!
