Hello good day, I have been trying to get a scorecard for a title I represent but all to no avail. Please help, the TV show has began. I got this reply from your support centre via email. "Hello there, This is Jolene from IMDb support. Thank you for reaching out to us with this request. Based on our criteria, at this time we aren't able to launch access to this additional service." This was when I applied for a scorecard for a title I represent, now a new season have started and we are yet to update our IMDb page. I'd love to upload trailers and a new primary image.
