Help!! Need help removing old tagged video from my IMDb profile!

I ALWAYS do my best to find answers to my issue through the help option but this issue has been a challenge for years! There is a trailer that was put up by another account and I was tagged in it. It is actually not a trailer but more of a music video and I feel that it does not represent me in anyway, as I do not even appear in the "trailer".

I would like for it to be off of my profile altogether. Any help to remove the associated tags so they don't show on my page would be greatly appreciated. My page is a representation of my work and I feel it hurts me.
