Help - profile (costume designer) merged with Gene Wilders wife Karen Boyer - shared name- her photos, my credits

I wonder if someone can help. for a long time, my profile (costume designer) has been merged with Gene Wilder’s wife as we share a name - Karen Boyer.  All the costume designer/wardrobe credits are mine, but the personal info and photos are her.  I’ve tried multiple times to change this, delete her photos and add mine, including signing up for IMDb pro and reaching out to support with o help- the photos, birthdate, and spouse keep getting changed back to hers. 

any thoughts on how to rectify this would be greatly appreciated, at this point I honestly think it’s costing me jobs.
