HELP! Someone is creating false profiles and works without the teams permission!

Okay so this needs some explaining, I work for a small studio called Conglomerate Studios and the director of the studio is Pixel. The main content he posts are Minecraft Roleplays on YouTube. He recently found out that a former friend of his has been creating his actors' profiles that they did not consent to being created and he has also been creating profiles for his Minecraft Roleplays without his consent either. We want to make our own accurate profiles for the works that we have done, and we are unable to since they technically already exist in your systems.
