Solved

Hi all, how to edit 'Known For' list. Mine is 15+ years ago when I was a 1st A/C, I've been an operator since 2010, so this is not ideal 🤔

Hi all, I have an annoying profile page problem, so any help appreciated. Basically, on my page the Known For section lists movies I worked on when I was a 1st A/C, the most recent of which was The Wolfman in 2010, the last thing I did as A 1st A/C. Since 2010 I have worked exclusively as an Operator. So here's the problem, because I can't edit the Known For section, when anyone searches for me when my name pops up under it is written 'First Assistant Cameraman, The Wolfman (2010)' not necessarily what you want when production looks you up expecting an Operator of 15+ years standing. So any help with this please gratefully received, I assume the problem would be fixed by editing the Known For section, but I can't see how to do that 🤔

Paddy: The default "Known For" credits on a person's page are selected by an algorithm, the details of which are not made public. However, a person can choose their own "Known For" credits if the person has a paid IMDbPro Premium Subscription and has claimed their page. See https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/membership-benefits/which-imdbpro-subscription-is-right-for-me/GH39495X7KWY4PMP# and https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/manage-your-imdb-page/manage-your-filmography/GH8XTYSWKU2P96TA# for details about that. I don't work for IMDb and I have no personal stake in whether you do or don't purchase a subscription which would allow you to choose your own "Known For" credits. I am just letting you know that this is an option.

Hi Gromit82, That's great, I haven't sat down to do this yet, but it makes sense on a number of levels, really appreciate your help! 👏
