Please note that it is IMDb policy to list the episodes of a series in the order that they originally aired. Please do not submit any changes to episode numbers to match any subsequent releases. The most famous example of this is "Firefly" (2002), where the episodes are listed in the order they were first released by Fox, not in the intended chronological order.
The same situation likely applies here and IMDb reflects the original broadcast order.
@Col_Needham sorry, I don't understand what you're trying to say. You just showed me IMDb rules and that's not helpful to me. Are you saying that whoever created the IMDb page for the show messed up?
I'm looking for an answer as to why the listings on here don't match the episodes on Peacock. It appears season 3 is correct, but not 1 and 2.
@stefsterNYC No, we are saying that if the order on Peacock is different than on IMDb, then Peacock are using different rules for their order. Our order reflects the original broadcast order per our rules; we cannot comment on what order Peacock are using.

@stefsterNYC From the episode guidelines at https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/episode-guidelines/GDF7HR6CCCBKU3CP
The same situation likely applies here and IMDb reflects the original broadcast order.
Hope this helps.
