How can I add a trailer to my title next to the poster if Scorecard is inaccessible?

Hi there, I'm trying to add a trailer next to the poster - I'm a director/writer and representative of the production company. I've read you need to create a Scorecard account, but also saw that IMDb is not allowing for new Scorecard accounts at this time. Is there a way for someone from IMDb to do that on the back end for me?
