How can I correct the Countries of origin?

I tried to make an edit and change the "country of origin" section. I wanted to replace Russia with Armenia here https://www.imdb.com/title/tt35510175/, but my edit was rejected. As I understand it, this is because the company https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?companies=co1116995 is listed as Russian, but it is actually Armenian. I have provided a notarized certificate with an English translation confirming that this is an Armenian company and a link to the company's website, which includes the company's only physical address (in the "contacts" section) in Armenia. I have provided at least 2 pieces of evidence, but my edits have been rejected. How can I resolve this issue?
