How do I add a title? The guide is useless, it keeps asking for info I can't possibly give because this site is usually the source of that.

I'm watching a series and wanted to review it, but it doesn't exist on this site. And now I think I know why, nobody can satisfy the demands of the submission form. I went to the help page and filled in the new title form from there, I gave all the basic info and clicked check. It made me scroll past about 50 "similar" titles, just incase I'd used completely the wrong words; only 1 suggestion was even close. So I confirmed it wasn't an existing title and clicked check. It added more fields. So I found all the information asked for and clicked check. It added more fields! How the hell am I supposed to find out the budget? AND there are mandatory fields that don't apply. The series has no writer, director, or choreographer listed anywhere, there are only 2 cast members and no credits on the episodes, but the section "requires" a minimum of 3 entries. How is anyone supposed to add the series?
