How do you change a photo of an actor/actress

I want to change the photo of the actress Kristen Riter. The photo used is from the movie Student Bodies (1981). Specifically photo 133 from the IMDB Student Bodies Page. I'd like to change this photo to photo 118 from the IMDB Student Bodies Page.
