How to add a win/nomination to a recipient when their name is not in the database?

Hi!
I have tried to add win/nominations to an event, but it was rejected when the recipient didn't have a preexisting IMDb page.

The warning said "The name 'X' is not currently in the database. Did you mean one of these?" and they show me similar names that are not the person in question.
Isn't it possible to manually add that person, although they don't have a previous profile in the database? I am trying to complete the information of previous awards of a particular event, but most of the winners/nominees don't have an existing profile (as they are mostly translators).
