How to add seasons with different titles

Last year a new Dutch series was released called "De Expeditie: Groenland" (The expedition: Greenland). The original intention was that the show only was to run for 1 season. Because of the great reception and high viewership they decided to make and release a new show called "De Expeditie: Namibië" (The expedition: Namibia). This "new show" is actually the second season but with a different name but with the same IP.

My question, as I'm fairly new to the editing scene here on IMDb, is what to do?
Do I need to add the second season to the orignal one or do I need to create a new title?
