How to delete a duplicate imdb page

Hi there, I am looking for some assistance on deleting a duplicate actor page. I have had my own for a while, and while a project was stuck in post, someone created a page with my name to give me credits, but it was for a different show by the same production that I wasn't in. So I sense this was done with their heart in the right place. I have since updated that incorrect credit, deleting those episodes, but I would like to now delete the page. It only ever had that show credit; no picture or anything, but my name was spelled the same way, accent and all, so I know it's not someone else's page. It's making my page a (I) and the other page a (II), which is convoluted. The 2nd one has no information other than my name... Could I get help with this one? I understand it's quite the specific case. Thanks for your time!
