How to move acting credit from Self to Past Film & Video?

Behind the Lines (https://pro.imdb.com/title/tt26315947/?ref_=nm_filmo_self_1) is a documentary that includes both footage of real-people-speaking-as-themselves, as well as Actors playing characters that are not themselves. I have tried submitting request for credit to be moved out of "Self" as it is an acting credit, to no avail. Can you please help move credit for Genia Michaela from "Self" to "Past Film & Video"? Thank you.

1929: If a film is a documentary, but also includes actors playing characters rather than appearing as themselves, the way to indicate that on IMDb is to add the keyword "reenactment" to the Plot Keywords section. If a documentary has the "reenactment" keyword, any cast members who have character names that do not begin with "Self" will have that credit listed in the Actor or Actress section (or on IMDbPro, the Past Film & Video section) of their page rather than the Self section. (It doesn't matter whether the cast members were or weren't reenacting any events that really took place. This is a specialized IMDb keyword used for this particular purpose.)

@1929- Can you post the 18-digit submission reference number for this request you made?

@1929- Perfect, thank you for providing it! I see that you submitted it as part of the credit but these have to be submitted under the Keywords data through the title page. I have gone ahead and submitted it on your behalf and it has now been approved. The changes are still in-progress but they will update on the site shortly. Can see that on your IMDbPro it has already been moved to "Past Film & Video" and as per IMDb.com, this credit will move to your 'Actress' section shortly. For further detailed information on Keywords, you are welcome to review our following Help Guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/keywords/GXQ22G5Y72TH8MJ5?ref_=helpsrall#other Cheers!
