How to Remove Incorrect Producer Credits from a page?

Hello,

I am an employee of ZIP CINEMA, the production company of the film #Alive ( https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10620868/ )

There are individuals listed as producers on the #Alive IMDb page who were not actually involved in the production. I have submitted multiple credit deletion requests via the Contribution, attaching screenshots of the film’s top credits and end credits as evidence. However, each time, my request has been rejected with the response: "Unable to Verify."

Despite providing clear proof from the film’s end credits, my requests continue to be denied for the same reason. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Additionally, is there any alternative method besides Contribution to request the removal of incorrect credits?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The first contribution I submitted was #250218-085257-534000, and the second was #250219-053014-515000.

** Please note that the first contribution includes all the credit correction requests from the production company's perspective, but only some of the requested changes were reflected. In the second contribution, I specifically requested corrections only for the producer credits, but all of them were declined.

If there is any missing or insufficient information in my submissions, please let me know, and I will provide additional details and resubmit the form.

I can see that the declined items in your first submission were declined due to an internal system processing error, whereas your second contribution was declined completely as a duplicate, as it had been submitted whilst the previous submission was still processing.
