How to remove undue credits from actors?

I'm trying to remove actors who weren't credited in episodes of 1 ritoru no namida, but even though I submitted complete credit lists with the evidence tool, the changes were rejected on the grounds that it was impossible to verify. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1370332

Hi DuraNext- In order for our staff to review, can you post the 18-digit submission reference numbers for these rejected contributions? Cheers!

Unfortunately, I have a habit of deleting resolved submissions (accepted or rejected). However, I tried to submit screen by screen and even a montage with all the screens in a single image and with the credits translated from Japanese next to them, but they were all rejected with a warning that it was not possible to verify. That's why I ask: How can I prove that an actor or actress is not in the work (in this case, in the episode)?

In the meantime, a new submission using the same prints was accepted.

@DuraNext- If you are submitting this evidence of the screenshots of the on-screen credits that is fine. If you happen to have some of these rejected examples, please link them here so that we can further investigate what happen.

Unfortunately I don't have it, but it was an explanation with about 10 screenshots (or more) showing all the credits and the requests had been rejected almost instantly, so I was a bit lost.

@DuraNext- That's alright! You can come back to this post if you have an issue with another and just make sure to have the reference just in case, so that we can further assist.

250625-114221-422000 I tried to simplify things a bit and only show the points in the credits where the names should appear (according to the episode where they finally appear). Is it really necessary to print the full credits of most episodes (from what I saw they put these characters in all episodes, even though it's not correct)?

@DuraNext- Thank you for posting the reference number! Taking a further look, I have re-submitted on your behalf and approved. The changes will be live on the site shortly. It is recommended but it also depends on the title. Just as long as you are providing the respective evidence and explanation on the removals it will further help, just as you did for this submission.

Same problem (different episode): 250630-131750-408000 This case is even stranger, because there was another character removed that was not in the credits and IMDB accepted it without any problems, they just rejected the usual 4.
